What is the Performance Assessment?

The Performance Assessment is a 60-minute exercise and performance session for healthy adults and amateur athletes, whose plan Prof. Dr. Murat Erdoğan prepares. Simple functional tests measure your strength, endurance, mobility and balance; we go through your training and life history; then we turn the results into a written personal plan.

It is not a medical service and it does not diagnose. The aim is to plan exercise from measurement rather than guesswork, and to see your progress as numbers at the next test.

For people who take their performance seriously

It suits professionals over 40 who want to protect their fitness and health under a heavy workload, and amateur athletes preparing for a running, triathlon, cycling, tennis or Hyrox goal.

  • Executives and professionals over 40
  • Amateur athletes preparing for a target race
  • People who train but have stopped progressing
  • People restarting safely after a long break

Clear limits from the start

Prof. Dr. Murat Erdoğan is a sport scientist, not a physician. The assessment is exercise and performance consulting for healthy adults. If you have a known heart, metabolic or joint condition, take regular medication, or have been inactive for a long time, we ask you to get your physician's clearance first.

We do not use wearable-device data. Measurements use simple, repeatable tests; which tests are used is decided in the suitability call according to your goal.
