2. Personal Data We Process
When you contact us via this website we process your name, e-mail address, organization and message content; site visits generate only cookieless, non-identifying aggregate usage statistics. This site does not use marketing cookies.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
Your data is processed to respond to your inquiry, prepare service proposals and manage communication, on the legal bases of contract formation (KVKK art. 5/2(c)) and legitimate interest (art. 5/2(f)). Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing.
4. Health Data (Corporate Programs)
In our corporate measurement programs, employee health and wellbeing data is processed only with the individual's EXPLICIT CONSENT, on a strictly voluntary basis. The employer never sees individual data; reporting is exclusively anonymized and aggregated. A dedicated detailed notice is provided to participants at program start.
5. Retention and Security
Personal data is retained only as long as the purpose and statutory periods require, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Appropriate technical and administrative measures protect your data.
6. Your Rights under KVKK art. 11
You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn the third parties it was transferred to, and claim damages. Send requests via the form on our website; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
