Where the data sits
Measurement data is kept in one place, on our own server.
A server in Türkiye
Measurement data sits on our server in the Amazon Web Services local zone in Istanbul. The database has no port open to the outside.
Field-level encryption
Names, contact details, answers and measured values are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are written to the database. Each corporate engagement has its own key.
Separate data areas
Health data and marketing records are kept in separate schemas under separate database roles. There is no link between them.
Closed to AI and foreign services
Participant data is not sent to a foreign software interface or to an AI model. Scoring runs on the server with fixed rules.
What your organization sees
Your organization sees anonymous totals only. The report is prepared under these rules.
- Who took part and who did not is not disclosed to your organization
- Individual results, names and participant lists are not given to your organization
- No result is given for any group smaller than 10 people
- No report is prepared if total participants are under 20
- Traits such as age, gender and unit are not crossed in small groups
For the participant
Measurement starts with the person's own decision.
- Taking part is voluntary and your organization cannot make it mandatory
- Health data is processed only with explicit consent given on a separate screen
- A personal result goes only to that person and is not sent by email
- No third-party script, font or tracker runs on the measurement pages
Access
Who accessed data, and why, is on record.
- Everyone signs in with their own account, there are no shared accounts
- Two-factor authentication is mandatory for staff sign-ins
- Permissions are given by role, and each role sees only its own work
- Actions, including reading a person's record, are written to a record that cannot be changed
Responsibilities
This page describes what we do. ME Consultancy is the data controller of the measurement data. The KVKK duties your organization holds for its own employees and processes stay with your organization.
