Commercial Electronic Message Approval Text

This text gives the details of the approval box in our forms:

I agree to receive newsletters and promotional messages from ME Consultancy. I can withdraw this at any time.

Who sends them. Murat Erdoğan ("ME Consultancy"), Üniversiteler Mah. 1597 Cad. No: 3 İç Kapı No: 127, Çankaya/Ankara.

What is sent. Articles and research summaries on exercise, performance and employee health, and announcements of new services, seminars and campaigns.

Through which channel. Email.

Approval is optional. You do not need to give this approval to write to us, get a quote or buy a service. The newsletter form exists only to take this approval. Your health data or measurement results are not used for these messages. Measurement program participants have a separate permission text.

Withdrawal. You can withdraw your approval at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge: through the unsubscribe link in each message, through the Message Management System (İYS), or by writing to [KVKK E-POSTA]. Your request is applied within three working days at the latest.

Record. Your approval is registered with İYS under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages. Your personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy.
